inHERE Staff Training Week at Sapienza University in Rome in April 2018

The Staff Training Week is organised in the framework of the EU project inHERE by Sapienza University in collaboration with UNIMED and will take place in Rome (at the premises of Sapienza University) from April 16 to April 20, 2018.

The main objective of the training is to provide university actors with a set of instruments to enhance the role of European universities in the integration and support of refugeesThe training is aimed at academic and administrative staff. The training week will focus on:

  • definition and legal information
  • overarching diversity management
  • access to HE
  • recognition of prior learning
  • socio-economic integration

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • apply strategies to capitalize single initiatives and create synergies among them
  • appraise CVs and academic titles of refugees
  • set up initiatives to improve the access of refugees to university

 

If you are interested in participating to this staff training, please fill out the following form. We will accept applications until February 26th 2018. The training is organized in the framework of Erasmus+ staff training week and it is free of charge.

The selection process will be based on the CV received and the personal statement. The selection process will end by March 1st 2018. Results will be communicated by email.
